IN CELEBRATION OF TEACHER’S DAY AT TANAUAN INSTITUTE, INC.
Previously, myriads of interactive activities and spontaneous programs were held solely for the adjustment of students in their back-to-school era. But in regards of October, it is redirected to the open recognition of students towards teachers.Upon the 5th of October, we come to unravel the World’s Teacher’s Day, gazing into the witty concoctions of T.I students as they unveiled their broad spectrum of self-expression and appreciation to their everyday heroes.The event officially initiated after the opening remarks of Ma’am Shandece Mae Gerarcas and Sir Isidro Enriquez, concisely mentioning a moral lecture and greeting their peers a happy teacher’s day. A spoken poetry entitled “Gabay Guro” written and performed by Christian Unay then followed, the aforementioned excelling in his baritone delivery to deeply emphasize his message of gratitude and respect towards the stars of the day. Afterwards, a video greeting for teacher’s day was presented, a voluntary compilation of students greeting and leaving along messages all which relayed positive and heartfelt thanks.Squeals of knowing students reverberated across the gymnasium, signifying the crowd’s eager anticipation as the dance troupe of T.I, SIKLAB, made their entrance. Their sharp yet fluid movements captured the crowd, keeping the cheers going despite the long-term performance. TIMBRE, the school’s official music organization, matched the hype of the former as they sang their own composed song for the very event, successfully exhibiting their expertise in their musical field.
